This week in What’s New in K-2, we're taking you and your students around the world to learn about the different holidays and customs. We will also share a book about how a boy was so focused on wishing for snow that he missed all the craziness surrounding him. In our Teacher Finds for the Classroom, we feature a tool for activities like read the room or shared reading. Finally, our Giggle of the Week is how we all feel this time of year.

Holidays are the time of year to reflect and celebrate and in the K-2 classroom, they can also mean excitement and chaos. In this week’s edition, we will provide easy, ready to use activities to teach students about holidays in different parts of the world. These resources cover a wide range of subjects, ensuring your students can celebrate the season.
