Ditch Summit: A free online conference for teachers

One of our absolute favorite professional development events of the year is back, and it is perfectly timed for the winter recharge. The Ditch That Textbook Digital Summit is happening now, offering a flexible way to grab some inspiration without ever changing out of your pajamas.

This year, it’s scheduled for December 15, 2025, to January 11, 2026. Which means it’s happening NOW so you can dive right into learning.

How it works: Register for the Ditch Summit (it’s free!) to get in. You’ll receive an email with a link to the summit main video page. After that you’ll get a new email each day with information about the newest released video.

New presentations are released every day. They remain available until the end of the summit so you can re-watch or catch up on any you’ve missed. They’re pre-recorded, so you can watch them whenever you want until the summit closes. After that, the summit ends and the videos are unavailable to watch anymore.
